Privacy Notice

We respect the information you share when contacting our Contracting team.

Effective date: 11 October 2026 · Applies to Power Drive Co. Ltd. (formerly Power Drive Corporation)

Power Drive Co. Ltd. (formerly Power Drive Corporation; “PDC”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information submitted via this website with care and in accordance with applicable Saudi data protection requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”). This notice applies to the Contracting website, online forms and directly related communications.

Information we collect

When you send us an enquiry, request a quotation or communicate with our team, we may collect:

  • Contact and professional details, such as name, email address, telephone number, company, position, website and country, where supplied.
  • Project and technical information, including service scope, drawings, BOQs, equipment details, specifications, messages and files voluntarily uploaded to an RFQ.
  • Website and security information processed by our hosting environment, which may include IP addresses, browser and device information, and server access or security logs.

Fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond to the relevant request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a form or attachment unless it is genuinely necessary and requested through an appropriate secure channel.

Why we use information and our legal bases

We process relevant personal information to answer contracting, construction, consultancy and O&M enquiries; review technical scopes; prepare quotations and proposals; communicate with project contacts; administer requested or agreed services; protect our website; and satisfy applicable record-keeping or legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests where permitted by Saudi law and appropriately assessed, or consent when legally required. We do not treat a form submission as unrestricted consent to unrelated marketing.

Who may receive information

Only where reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, we may share relevant information with authorized PDC personnel, technical and project partners, subcontractors, professional advisers, and technology providers involved in managing the website, communications or enquiries. Disclosure may also occur where required by law.

Our website hosting provider is Bluehost. Our email and hosting services may process or store contact records and attachments. Depending on service configuration, some processing may take place outside Saudi Arabia; any applicable cross-border transfer requirements must be assessed and met. We do not sell personal information.

How long we retain data

As our standard for enquiries that do not result in a continuing business relationship, we intend to retain website enquiry records and attachments for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant interaction. We delete them sooner when no longer required for their purpose, unless we have a lawful reason to keep them.

If an enquiry becomes part of a contract, ongoing project, legal obligation, accounting record, regulatory matter or dispute, the relevant information may be kept for the longer period required or permitted by applicable law. Email copies, attachments and backups are included in our retention review; they are not assumed to be automatically deleted merely because a web form has been removed.

Security safeguards

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and misuse. These include the hosting security measures, malware protection and email protection confirmed for our Bluehost environment, together with appropriate access restrictions and handling procedures.

No internet or electronic communication method provides absolute security. Please avoid including confidential personal records that are not needed for your enquiry.

Your rights under Saudi PDPL

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about processing, access to or a readable copy of your data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, and destruction where legally applicable. You may withdraw consent when consent is the basis of processing.

To exercise these rights, contact the privacy email below. We may verify your identity before responding. You may submit an unresolved complaint to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent data-protection authority, through its official channels.

Website technologies and third-party links

Our website and Bluehost hosting environment may process technical data needed for delivery, reliability, troubleshooting and security. If optional analytics, advertising technologies or non-essential cookies are introduced, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices.

Our pages may link to independent third-party websites; their own privacy policies govern those services. Social-media icons are currently inactive until official profile links are added.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, website technologies, legal requirements or handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the version currently published.
